Q: Is the app intended for the general public?
A: While it can be used to view our demo MRI and CT images, MedVizi™ was built for clinical support and requires a VisiCache™ Enterprise server for full functionality.

Q: Does it use standard MRI and CT scans?
A: Yes. For the best results, we recommend thin-slice for CT and MRI isotropic volumes. Please contact us for further details.

Q: Is it FDA 510k cleared?
A: No. It can be used for clinical decision support but not diagnosis. We are in the process of becoming FDA cleared.

Q: What other viewers do you offer?
A: For mobile, only iPhone® and iPad® are available. We also have a desktop application for glasses-free 3D displays from 21 to 62 inches. Please contact us for more information.

Q: How long does it take to download a study and how big are they?
A: Our minimum bandwidth requirement is 5 Mbits/second. On a *good cellular network, a study downloads in around a minute. With a good wifi connection, downloading is 2 to 3 times faster. Each study is downloaded and stored encrypted on your iPhone® or iPad® occupying around 300 MB.

Q: How do I request a demo license key?
A: Please use the email at the bottom of the page with the subject line: demo request and incude your name, title, company, and phone number.

* 20-40 Mbits download speed is common on networks like Verizon XLTE. Use a network speed test like ookla.com to diagnose slow downloads.
